By accessing or using mangaai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

mangaai provides an AI-powered platform for creating manga and comic content. Our service includes layout templates, AI-generated images, character management, and community gallery features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the comics and content you create using mangaai. By publishing to our gallery, you grant us a license to display and promote your content.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated using our AI tools may be used for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms and applicable laws.

mangaai Rights: We retain rights to use generated content for service improvement and marketing purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use mangaai to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Produce content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
  • Generate hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to circumvent content safety systems

6. AI Content Disclaimer

Content generated by mangaai's AI is created by artificial intelligence and may not be unique or error-free. Users are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the appropriateness of generated content before publication or commercial use.

7. Payments and Credits

Credit packs are one-time purchases that provide a set number of credits for AI comic generation. Credits are deducted immediately when used. Monthly subscription plans (if available) are billed in advance and provide a set number of credits per month. Unused credits do not expire for paid plans.

All payments are processed securely by our payment provider Waffo. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

No refunds will be provided for partially used credit packs or subscriptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANIFUSIONCLONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to our platform or users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
