2. Subscription Refunds

Due to the immediate access nature of our digital service:

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails after access was granted, we reserve the right to revoke access until payment is collected.

3. Credit Pack Refunds

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Please ensure you understand the credit system before purchasing:

• Credits are consumed immediately upon generation
• Unused credits do not expire for paid packs
• Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable

All payments are processed securely by Waffo, our payment provider.

4. Exception Requests

We may consider refund exceptions in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing service use (verified by our team)
• Duplicate charges
• Unauthorized transactions (report immediately)

5. How to Request a Refund
